Human Rights at the Summit

Reagan is a fine one to prate about human rights in the Soviet Union when it was his Administration that emasculated the Carter Administration’s human rights program. I have never heard our President raise his voice in protest to flagrant human rights violations in Argentina, Bolivia, the Philippines under Ferdinand Marcos, South Korea, or a dozen other places. How hypocritical can you get!
