Briggs, Kronemann of UC Irvine Win Adoption Guild Final

Mike Briggs and Trevor Kronemann of UC Irvine won the final of of the Men’s 6.5 Division of the Adoption Guild tennis tournament Sunday at the Newport Beach Tennis Club.

Briggs and Kronemann defeated Scott Brownsberger and Scott Melville of USC, 6-3, 2-6, 7-6.

In the Men’s 6.0 Division finals, Jordan Otterbein and Eric Michelson defeated Grant Hein and Jamil Atcha, 6-3, 6-3.

Julie Willett and Danielle Scott defated Gretchen Miller and Debbie Goldberger, 2-6, 6-1, 6-4, in the Women’s 6.0 Division finals.

In the Mixed 6.0 Division final, Jennifer Slattery and Pat Crow defeated Gail Glasgow and Ian Aler, 6-7, 6-3, 6-1.
