Six-Story Building Under New Ownership

The six-story Beverly La Jolla Towers, 8201 Beverly Blvd., has been purchased for $4.9 million by Hal Lederman from Postal Instant Press. L.J. Hooker International, which represented both parties, is also the leasing agent.
