In Monday’s listing of recent commercial bankruptcy filings, it was reported that the status of Infinity Mortgage Services Inc. of La Verne had been converted from a Chapter 11 reorganization to a Chapter 7 liquidation. A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge subsequently canceled that conversion order and sustained the company’s Chapter 11 status.
