Sizzler Restaurants International Inc.’s net income rose 30% in its fourth quarter to $5.6 million, compared to $4.3 million in the year-ago period, the Los Angeles-based chain reported. The company, which operates 587 restaurants, attributed its performance to higher customer counts and check average, combined with a lower tax rate.
