Gerard finished with 45 points in the four-day event. Only the top three finishers--Denise Parker of South Jordan, Utah (7 points), Debbie Ochs of Howell, Mich. (12) and Melanie Skillman of Laureldale, Pa. (31)--qualified for the U.S. team.
