Anaheim West Shopping Center near Knott’s Berry Farm completed a $2-million renovation this month and is now 60% leased. The 80,000-square-foot center located on 6 acres at Lincoln and Western avenues is owned by MJD Properties in Torrance. . . . Ground was broken the other day for Mercado del Lago, Rancho Santa Margarita’s first neighborhood shopping center. The 10.5-acre, 115,000-square-foot project is being developed by the Santa Margarita Co. in a joint venture with SDC Development of Newport Beach.
