PLO Gets Cuban Sugar

HAVANA — Cuba has donated 600 tons of sugar to the Palestine Liberation Organization for Arabs living in the Israeli-occupied West Bank in a gesture of solidarity, the official news agency Prensa Latina reported Wednesday.
