Armenian Secession Annulled

MOSCOW —
The leadership of Azerbaijan annulled the Armenian enclave Nagorno-Karabakh’s decision to secede from the republic and accused officials in the disputed region of breaking the law and defying higher authorities, Tass press agency reported today.
Tass said the Presidium, or executive committee, of Azerbaijan’s Parliament met Tuesday night, a few hours after the secession declaration by Nagorno-Karabakh’s legislature.
