Publication Changes Name

Starting in August, the magazine Automation in Housing & Manufactured Home Dealer will change its name to Automated Builder.
The old name was “simply too long,” editor Don O. Carlson said, adding that the change comes six months before the publication’s 25th anniversary edition next February.
The magazine, founded in Chicago in 1964, was moved to Carpinteria in 1980 by Carlson.
