Much Ado About Humor

Share

What few readers may realize is that writer Bob O’Sullivan is a retired lieutenant of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department and, as such, spent most of his life associated with the seamier side of life, including shoot-outs.

That he has retained his delightful sense of humor and can write of his travels with such alacrity is a tribute to his character. We congratulate him on the much-deserved Lowell Thomas journalism award for 1987 and certainly look forward to future articles from him.
