Local News in Brief : Yorba Linda : Water District Offers Kits on Conservation
The Yorba Linda Water District is offering free water conservation kits to customers.
The kits include flow restricters for shower heads, displacement bags for toilet tanks, detection tablets for toilet leaks and brochures with tips on how to save water.
The kits can be picked up at the district’s main office at 4622 Plumosa Drive in Yorba Linda.
The district’s directors recently called for a voluntary 10% cut in water use by customers.
The water district includes most of Yorba Linda and parts of Placentia, Anaheim, Brea and an unincorporated area of the county.
