Lawyer Appointed to Planning Panel
Ronald D. Rosen, an attorney specializing in real estate law, has been appointed by the Beverly Hills City Council to a 4-year term on the Planning Commission.
Rosen replaces Allan L. Alexander, who was elected to the City Council in April.
The City Council is also looking for a replacement for Richard Carroll, who will step down Aug. 20 after two 4-year terms on the 5-member Planning Commission. All city commissioners are volunteers and unpaid.
