Rescue workers in Malaysia completed their search for bodies in a mound of twisted metal and debris from a pier that collapsed in the northwest port town of Butterworth, leaving 32 people--all Malaysians--dead. Transport Minister Ling Liong Sik said a board of inquiry will begin an investigation soon.
