Stevens Stake Acquired

A Mendota Heights, Minn. investor has acquired a 7.83% stake in Stevens Electrotech Inc. as an investment, according to a filing with the securities and Exchange Commission.
On August 1, Robert J. Fink bought 355,000 of Stevens’ common shares in a private transaction for $46,000, raising his holdings to 355,000 common shares of the Dublin, Calif.-based company.
