Jeff Grayer scored 18 points Friday night to lead the U.S. Olympic team finalists to a 100-67 victory over a team of National Basketball Assn. players, their fourth win in as many games against the pros.

The 14-man Olympic team, which will be cut to 12 players, will meet another NBA team Sunday at Auburn Hills, Mich., in Game 5 of the eight-game series.

The Olympic team led, 49-33, at halftime as Grayer, a graduate of Iowa State and a first-round draft choice of the Milwaukee Bucks, scored nine points.

The Olympians outscored the NBA team, 23-8, in the opening six minutes of the second half to take a 72-41 lead with 13:47 to play.

Grayer scored the last seven points of that run, the final two on a dunk after a nice pass from Mitch Richmond.

Grayer was one of five Olympians in double figures. Richmond added 14 points, Willie Anderson had 13, Danny Manning had 12 and Hersey Hawkins added 10.

Chuck Person of the Indiana Pacers led the NBA team with 12, followed by Patrick Ewing of the New York Knicks with 11 and Ron Harper of the Cleveland Cavaliers with 10.
