Norwegians Arrest One Busy Arsonist

KONGSBERG, Norway —
Police announced they have arrested a man who admitted setting 62 buildings afire in three years, causing $15 million in damages.
No one was killed or injured in the fires, officials said Saturday.
They said the man is 36 but did not further identify him, in line with legal regulations, but said he always set the fires on weekends.
