Toyota Motor Sales USA said it is exporting to Taiwan a one-time shipment of 200 Corolla FX cars produced at its Fremont, Calif., joint-venture plant. The cars, produced by the Toyota-General Motors Corp. New United Motor Manufacturing Inc. joint venture, are part of Toyota’s efforts to broaden its market exposure in Taiwan. The Corolla FX, however, is being dropped from Toyota’s product lineup.
