General Motors Corp. reached agreement to sell the diesel-fuel injection business of its Rochester Products unit to a joint venture of Penske Transportation Inc. and Detroit Diesel Corp. Terms were not disclosed. GM said Penske will own 80% of the new company and Detroit Diesel the remainder. The deal is subject to regulatory approval.
