De Tomaso Industries said its Italian subsidiary, Maserati SpA, will begin production today on the TC Coupe it is building for Chrysler. Daily production is expected to total 30 cars before Dec. 31; 1988 output is expected to total more than 1,100, the Red Bank, N.J., company said. A new agreement signed with Maserati this month calls for the No. 3 U.S. auto maker to give on-site assistance in producing the car. Chrysler also agreed to waive its options to acquire more Maserati stock.
