Worlco Data Systems Inc. filed suit in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia against Maxwell Communication Inc. and its British parent. The Valley Forge, Pa.-based company said Maxwell breached terms of an agreement to acquire it. It is asking that the deal proceed under terms originally agreed to and that it be awarded money damages.
