Railroad Car Explodes

DEER PARK, Tex. — An explosion early Sunday ripped through an empty railroad tank car that had contained ethylene oxide, a toxic chemical, releasing a cloud that dissipated after closing the Houston Ship Channel briefly, officials said. There were no injuries or evacuations.
