Managua Raises Gas Price

MANAGUA, Nicaragua —
The Sandinista government raised the price of gasoline Monday to $1.02 per gallon from 46 cents. Gasoline is rationed in Nicaragua, which gets most of its oil from the Soviet Bloc.
