Dissident to Leave Cuba

HAVANA —
Cuban dissident Ricardo Bofill, president of the self-styled Cuban Committee for Human Rights, said Monday that he has received government permission to leave Cuba. He said that he needs medical treatment, for which he will probably go to Europe.
