Orange County was the busiest market for commercial real estate of Coldwell Banker’s Southwest region from January through June.
Coldwell Banker said it handled $690 million worth of sales and leases in the county, ahead of San Diego, in second place at $373 million.
The region also includes Phoenix, Tucson and Las Vegas.
Its Orange County business was up 26% from last year, the commercial brokerage said.
