Rowan Undergoes Tests,Is Released From Hospital

WASHINGTON —
Syndicated columnist Carl T. Rowan was released Saturday from Georgetown University Hospital, where he had undergone tests and rested for two nights after a fainting spell, officials said. Rowan, 63, collapsed after a speech Thursday night to students at American University.
