Two Sun Valley Buildings Under Construction

Completion is scheduled in December on two manufacturing and distribution buildings totaling more than 73,000 square feet, at 12660-80 Branford St., Sun Valley.

Continental Buildings Corp. of Burbank did the design and is doing the construction at a cost of $4 million. Cushman & Wakefield is the broker.
