Nine women clad in black and wearing stockings over their heads disrupted a murder arraignment in Greenfield, Mass., when they stood up, made clawing motions at the defendant and threatened to avenge the death of the woman he is charged with killing. The disturbance occurred at an arraignment for Allan Jose Reyes, 32, of Turners Falls, who is charged in the stabbing death of his estranged girlfriend, Virginia Ferrer, 27, also of Turners Falls. The women pointed at Reyes and shouted, “Your action will come back to you. Every action will have consequences.” The women were not charged, police said. Reyes pleaded innocent to charges of murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.
