U.S. oil production declined again in August and imports remained strong as uncertainty over prices left little incentive for boosting domestic output, the American Petroleum Institute said. Meanwhile, deliveries of refined petroleum products rose 2.2% from a year earlier, the largest yearly increase since the first three months of the year, the trade group said. Refineries reached 88% of capacity, the highest monthly utilization rate in nearly 10 years.
