Reagan Picks Oman Envoy

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan announced Wednesday that he is nominating Richard Wood Boehm, a career diplomat, to be ambassador to Oman. Boehm, 62, is a diplomat-in-residence and visiting professor at Howard University.
