Norway Grounds All NATO Warplanes

Norway grounded all NATO warplanes on the final day of allied war games after they repeatedly violated neighboring Sweden’s airspace, an official said Thursday.
Defense Ministry spokesman Eric Senstad said Defense Minister Johan Jorgen Holst personally intervened Wednesday to order all planes grounded in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization maneuvers, dubbed “Teamwork,” in northern Norway.
