Ammo Blast Injures 28

DIYARBAKIR, Turkey —
Exploding ammunition at an army barracks injured 28 people and shattered windows in thousands of houses in southeast Turkey, a local official said Saturday. The blast was touched off by a fire at Sanliurfa Barracks, near the Syrian border.
