Long Beach Center Leased by Pepperdine

Pepperdine University of Malibu has leased 5,870 square feet for five years at 100 Broadway in downtown Long Beach from IDM Corp.

The university is expanding its executive MBA program by opening an education center in Long Beach, said a spokesman for IDM Properties Corp., which acted as the broker for IDM Corp. Cushman Realty Co. represented Pepperdine.

IDM, a Long Beach-based diversified development and investment firm, is developing the Greater Los Angeles World Trade Center in Long Beach.
