Deliverance From AIDS

I understand that there is no proof at this point that Marty James has actually committed a murder, but there must be some type of steps taken to prevent this man from continuing his mission of mercy (“Deliver Them From AIDS” by Stephen Braun, Aug. 28).

AIDS has devastated enough of us emotionally already. Not only are we having to deal with this disease and death on almost a daily basis, but now we have to protect our loved ones and friends from people like Marty James, and we should not have to.

I sympathize with James and his condition. However, he is no self-appointed god and I can only hope that the families and loved ones of the people he has “helped” will help us do all we can to see that this practice ends immediately.
