Peres to See Czech Aide

JERUSALEM —
Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres and Czechoslovak Foreign Affairs Minister Bohuslav Chnoupek will hold the first open talks between their two states in 21 years, an Israeli spokesman said Sunday. The meeting, planned for this week, is to be held in New York during the U.N. General Assembly session.
