A Terrible Clubbing

Share

Although entry to Los Angeles’ elitist clubs is not one of my life’s ambitions, I started reading “The Ins and Outs of the Door.” All was OK until I got to “The Incident,” as related by Pam Holdridge: “We were all dressed up, looking our best, and they were letting in all these short people.”

Previously, I thought I probably wouldn’t get into a club because of my unstylish attire; now I find out that it would be because the unstylish attire was being worn on my short body.

Oh dear, I’m going to take an aspirin as soon as I find a stool so that I can reach the shelf.
