Coldwell Banker Tops Management Roster
Los Angeles-based Coldwell Banker Real Estate Management Services is the largest non-owner management firm of commercial real estate in North America, with 85.7 million square feet, according to a survey taken by Buildings magazine, published in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
The Canadian government is the largest owner/manager in North America, with 320 million square feet. The U.S. Postal Service is next, with 220.6 million square feet.
