Ray Watt Heads WISE Fund Drive
Ray Watt, chairman of Watt Enterprises, Santa Monica, is heading a drive to raise funds to provide a permanent home for WISE Senior Services.
Alzheimer’s victims and frail elderly receive day care services from WISE, which also provides in-home support services to isolated seniors, crisis management counseling, volunteer opportunities for active elderly, transportation and ombudsman problem solving service.
Watt’s goal is to raise $250,000 to enable WISE to move to an 8,900-square-foot facility in a new state and city-funded community senior services building under construction on 4th Street between Colorado and Broadway in Santa Monica. For information on the drive, call WISE Senior Services at 213/394-9871.
