No Fifth Summit for Reagan

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan’s spokesman today dismissed speculation of a fifth superpower summit in the waning days of the Administration, saying the idea is “completely ruled out.”
Marlin Fitzwater said the White House generally hesitates to make flat statements about future plans, but in the case of another U.S.-Soviet summit, “We have to say no possibility.”
