Businessland Inc.’s first-quarter profit swelled 115% from a year ago to $7.5 million. Revenue totaled $271.6 million, up 33%. The prior year’s quarter has been restated to reflect the acquisition of ComputerCraft Inc., which has been accounted for on a pooling-of-interests basis. The San Jose-based computer retailer acquired the ComputerCraft chain of retail computer stores in July.
