An Iranian was found guilty of conspiring with his father to smuggle high-tech missile parts from the United States to his native Tehran. Majid Modarressi, 30, who has lived in the United States since 1976, stared straight ahead, then bowed his head and clenched his hands as each of 12 jurors softly pronounced “guilty” in U.S. District Court in Boston. Modarressi faces up to 15 years in prison and a $1.25-million fine.
