Fugitive Seized 18 Years After Fleeing From Prison

CLEVELAND — A convicted armed robber who escaped from a Michigan prison nearly 18 years ago has been arrested in Cleveland, the FBI said Wednesday. James Farrell Ragsdale, 48, was arrested at his home without incident Tuesday evening, FBI agent William Branon said.
