Companies Refinance Irwindale Center Project

Mortgage Investments Plus and Birtcher Real Estate Group announced they have refinanced their Civic Commerce Center project for $10.3 million at an interest rate of 9.5%. Civic Commerce Center, which is 96% leased, is a seven-building industrial park in Irwindale. Mortgage Investments Plus is a Woodland Hills real estate investment trust and Birtcher Real Estate Group is a Newport Beach real estate construction company.
