The new Soviet ambassador to Nicaragua said in Managua that his country may increase aid to the Sandinista regime. “We support the Sandinista revolution with all our heart,” Ambassador Valery Nikolayenko said in his first news conference after presenting his credentials to President Daniel Ortega.
