Foreclosures

I read with disbelief the article reporting the announcement of foreclosure notices to be received by 80,000 farmers (Part I, Nov. 13). It is obvious to me that the release of the notices had been delayed until after the presidential election for political reasons. When will the citizens get wise to the machinations of the corrupt and conniving Reagan Administration?
