Winless Waves Face Northern Arizona

Pepperdine’s basketball team, off to an 0-2 start after 3-point losses to Texas and Montana State in the University of Hawaii tournament, will play host to Northern Arizona at 7:30 tonight at Firestone Fieldhouse at Malibu.

Four Waves scored in double figures at Hawaii. Forward Tom Lewis averaged 17 points a game, reserve guard Shann Ferch 14.5, guard Craig Davis 13.5 and forward Dexter Howard 13 points and a team-leading 10.5 rebounds.

Northern Arizona lost its opener to the University of Maryland Baltimore County, 61-47.
