CS Fullerton to Play Host to Northeastern

Cal State Fullerton will open a 6-game basketball home stand tonight against Northeastern at 7:35 at Titan Gym.

Northeastern (3-4) is the first of 4 nonconference opponents Fullerton Coach John Sneed calls “the toughest part of our nonconference season.”

Fullerton also will play Weber State, New Orleans and St. Mary’s before opening Big West Conference play.

Northeastern, coming off a 96-91 loss to Pepperdine Sunday, has been led by Derrick Lewis, a senior guard averaging 14 points a game.

Cedric Ceballos, averaging 24 points and 9 rebounds, has led Fullerton to a 4-1 record.
