13 Injured in Grenade Attack in South Africa

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa — A grenade exploded near a group of people standing next to a police station near Cape Town, injuring 13 people, including 10 police officers, authorities said Thursday.
Two children and one woman were hurt in the Wednesday attack in Nyanga township, police added.
