Judge’s Ruling in Baby Killing

I want to thank Judge Fitzgerald for reversing Massip’s conviction. The jury certainly cannot be blamed as I’m sure they thought they were reaching the right decision. Unless you have lived through postpartum depression, you cannot understand the turmoil it causes.

The judge has given credibility to a mental disorder that many women have experienced. Hopefully, this will be a start in educating and researching this devastating disorder.
