Libya, Morocco Abolish Requirements for Visas

RABAT, Morocco —
Libya and Morocco announced Monday that as of Jan. 1 they have abolished visa requirements for their nationals as part of a plan to allow free movement within North Africa.
Visas had already been abolished for Moroccans traveling to Algeria or Tunisia.
